Former India pacer Vinay Kumar has been appointed as Karnataka’s head coach for the upcoming domestic season. The 42-year-old takes over from Yere Goud in the role.

New Delhi: Former Indian fast bowler Vinay Kumar has been named Karnataka’s head coach for the upcoming domestic season on Thursday, August 13. The 42-year-old will replace Yere Goud in the role, while former Karnataka batter Deepak Chougule will be part of his support staff as fielding coach.

This marks Vinay’s first stint as Karnataka’s head coach after he recently guided Hubli Tigers........
