A government planning inspector will now decide whether the scheme can go ahead after all on the Goodminns Estate at Segdeford, near Hunstanton.

Ryan Watts hopes they will overturn West Norfolk Council's decision to turn it down over what it called a "cramped and contrived layout" and "overbearing and overlooking impact" upon a neighbouring house.

Appeal papers say the plans were a "bespoke design" which was "a thoughtful and inventive response to the site and its surroundings".
