New Delhi: Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has accused the US of instigating the protests in Iran. The country’s supreme leader has sternly warned US President Donald Trump against “tyranny” ominously predicting that “He [Trump] too will fall”.

The scattered dissent across some Iranian cities have intensified and grown into gargantuan nationwide protests, entering the second week.

Khamenei spoke during a public interaction and accused Washington of the unrest in the state and also stated that the rules that govern with arrogance are destined to collapse, taking a shot at Trump.
