Deputy Attorney General Explains Why A Particular Photo Disappeared From Epstein Files
Jeffrey Epstein and US President Donald Trump are seen on the images released by the US Department of State.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the Jeffrey Epstein files removed from the Department of Justice’s website on Saturday have “nothing to do” with President Donald Trump.
“There are dozens of photos of President Trump already released to the public, seeing him with Mr Epstein,” Blanche said Sunday on Meet The Press.
He continued: “The absurdity of us pulling down a single photo because President Trump was in it is laughable,” he said. “And the fact that everybody’s trying to act like that’s the case is a reflection of their true motivation.”
On Saturday, at least 16 files related to the Epstein case disappeared from the Justice Department’s website after they were uploaded the day before. © HuffPost
