Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg (IAS) on Sunday said the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyaan has rapidly evolved into a mass movement across the Valley within just three weeks of its launch.

Speaking at TRC Football Ground Srinagar after a padyatra, Garg said the campaign, launched on April 11, has witnessed widespread public participation, turning into what he described as a “jan andolan.”
