A change for the good is not always the case

I do not enjoy shopping and avoid it as much as possible. When I make a trip to Norwich Foodland I make it a recreational activity. It’s a form of exercise because I walk each aisle, bend, stretch, reach and even dance when they play a good song. It’s a chance for socialization since I will often run into someone I know so we have a bit of a catch up. It’s mind stimulation as I work on my non-existent math skills. It’s weight training and muscle building as I load the van and carry full bags into the house. It also gives me a huge sense........
