Wolfspeed wins conditional $1.5 billion loan commitment from Pentagon

Wolfspeed, Inc. announced a conditional loan commitment of up to $1.5 billion from the U.S. Department of War on Wednesday, with the financing intended to support domestic production of silicon carbide materials and wide bandgap power devices for defense and commercial applications.
