Norwich Theatre has opened applications for its Young Cultural Leaders programme, a fully funded, two-year programme designed to empower 18 to 25-year-olds to become influential decision-makers.

Applicants do not need a background in the arts, and the programme is open to young people from all sectors who are passionate about making an impact in the region.
