Netflix's new adaptation has already gone down as a hit with both critics and viewers.

Considering how revered a property it is in the States, the stakes were certainly high for Netflix when the streaming service began putting together its new adaptation of Little House On The Prairie.

Adapting the classic stories for a new generation clearly wasn’t something Netflix took lightly, either, with the project taking around six years to make it to our screens, after first being announced as far back as 2020.
