Philip Dowe, who owns the old Chapmans Butchers on The Green in Martham, wants to change the use of the former shop, which closed in April 2023, to residential.

Unde the plans the shop will become part of the adjoining house, historically known as The Walnuts.

Last year, planners at Great Yarmouth Borough Council refused his proposal, which they said clashed with local planning policy.
