An amended complaint against LSU has been filed by the SEC regarding the university’s possible plans to include former NFL players on its football roster, while also scheduling a vote for the league presidents to decide whether or not to expel the Tigers from the conference.

It’s not anticipated that the SEC will take the proposed action, however, the league’s seriousness is indicated by the filing amid a process to affirm its legal right to enforce conference rules.
