Dance class or dinner? Nagpur woman’s argument with husband ends in death

A 38-year-old Nagpur woman died after her husband allegedly assaulted her during an argument over attending a dance class.

New Delhi: A 38-year-old woman died in Maharashtra’s Nagpur after she was allegedly assaulted by her husband during an argument over her decision to attend a dance class instead of preparing food at home. Police have arrested the husband and registered a murder case against him.

The victim was identified as Yamini Krishna Lal Yadav, while her husband, 41-year-old Krishna Lal Yadav, has been arrested in connection with her death. The couple have two young children, who were allegedly present when the assault took place.

According to police, Krishna Lal returned home from work and asked Yamini to prepare food for him and the children. Yamini, however, was getting ready to attend a dance class in their housing society and........
