The Royal National Lifeboat Intuition (RNLI) lifeguards will patrol daily on four designated beaches from May 23 until September 13 between 10am to 6pm.

Beaches in north Norfolk that will initially be monitored by them are Cromer East, Mundesley, Sea Palling and Sheringham West.

From July 11, the patrols will be across nine beaches as Cromer West, East Runton, West Runton, Sheringham East and Wells join the lifeguarding rota.
