Village slammed with road closure during 'busiest event of the year'
Norwich Road, in Strumpshaw, will be shut for three weeks from May 21 to June 11 for essential works by CityFibre.
The closure of the village's main road falls on the late bank holiday when the Strumpshaw Steam and Vintage Gathering is set to take place.
