Two unknown suspects took the metal from a driveway in Magdalen Close, sometime between 9.45am and 10.45am on March 31.

Police are now appealing for anyone who has information or relevant CCTV footage to come forward.

They can do so by calling 101 and quoting crime reference 37/19410/26.

Officers have also warned local people and businesses to keep scrap metal out of sight if possible, and to secure any items to try and deter thieves.
