The food preparation area was recently upgraded with new stainless steel equipment, reconditioned and rewired fryers, a new extractor system and a new fire alarm.
The business is also tech-savvy, with its own purpose-built ordering app which offers a loyalty scheme and has 3,000 customers on its database.
On the site, there is a three-bed owners' accommodation with a private garden, garage and off-road parking.

"The business occupies a unique position as the only fish and chip takeaway serving the village, creating a strong and defensible trading position," a spokesman for Paul Hubbard Commercial said.
"Trade is supported year-round, with Winterton-on-Sea attracting visitors beyond the summer months, including winter tourism driven by the area’s well-known seal colony and coastal walks."
