Jack Grealish has found himself out of favour and playing fewer minutes at Manchester City - while his future is uncertain after manager Pep Guardiola raised concerns about his fitness - but despite always claiming that he would love a return to Aston Villa some day, most supporters in the Birmingham Live comments section say that the opportunity may have passed him by already.

Grealish has won the biggest titles in the club game since his £100million transfer to City in 2021, with three league titles, one Champions League medal and an FA Cup to his name. Villa have made considerable strides since his sale, with that summer seeing them bring in Emi Buendia, Lucas Digne and Leon Bailey.
