A CNN anchor with a history of left-wing bias seemed to make a telling slip-up live on television late Tuesday as Republicans were getting trounced in the devastating blue-tsunami midterm elections.

CNN anchor Kasie Hunt made the slip-up while speaking on a small panel about the then-incoming election results. Hunt noted in her remarks that Republicans were getting crushed.

“All of the both Republicans and Democrats I’m talking to are looking across the map and they are saying the same thing, that this night is shaping up to be a blue tsunami,” she said.

“I mean, this is at a level that honestly was the greatest fear for Republicans,” she later added. “And it was something that Democrats didn’t dare to hope for.”

After she spoke, left-wing political commentator David Axelrod chimed in that the election was “a repudiation” of President Donald Trump.

“He begged to be on the ballot and he is on the ballot, and the verdict is very, very negative and it’s very broad across this big, diverse country,” Axelrod continued.

It’s at this point that Hunt made her slip-up.

“And it took us years to get there, too,” she said.

The key word there was “us.”

Hunt made it sound as if Democrats winning the 2026 midterm elections was something that she’d personally........
