Dear Doctors Without Borders Morals,

Thanks to you, to your brave honesty, now we know.

Last week you announced that you are unable to operate in Gaza because of the presence of Hamas forces and facilities in hospitals. And so, now we all know …

Actually, before we spell out what you have finally clarified for us, for the sake of context, let’s take a quick look at what Hamas is. Not what you or I or anyone else says Hamas is, but how Hamas defines itself, and what, therefore, Palestinians embrace when they vote for and enthusiastically support Hamas.

Hamas is the Gazan-Palestinian arm of the Muslim Brotherhood, and the motto of the Brotherhood is—

“Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. Koran is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.” Can’t get any clearer than that.

As for the Hamas wing of the Brotherhood, according to the Hamas charter—

“Israel will exist, and will continue to exist, until Islam will obliterate it, just as it [Islam] obliterated others … Hamas draws its guidelines from Islam; derives from Islam its thinking, interpretations, and views about existence, life, and humanity; refers back to it for its conduct; and is inspired by it in whatever step it takes … Hamas is one of the wings of the Muslim Brothers in Palestine … Hamas is a distinct Palestinian Movement which owes its loyalty to Allah, derives from Islam its way of life and strives to raise the banner of Allah over every inch of Palestine. Only under the shadow of Islam could the members of all regions coexist in safety and security for their lives, properties, and rights. In the absence of Islam, conflict arises, oppression reigns, corruption is rampant and struggles and wars prevail … Egypt was largely removed from the circle of struggle [against the Zionists] because of the treacherous Camp David Peace Agreement with Israel. The Zionists are trying to draw others into such agreements. This is high treason, and cursed be he that perpetrates such an act.” Once again, can’t get any clearer than that.

Now, back to Doctors Without Borders and what we now know.

Now we know that there never were any hospitals in Gaza. There were, and are, buildings where Jihad is our way Hamas stores weapons, houses armed fighters, rapists, and kidnappers, builds underground command centers, and hides young Jewish hostages under the watchful eye of hospital administrators, nurses, and doctors because yes, these buildings are dual purpose facilities. They are both Jihad is our way Hamas military facilities and hospitals. Thanks to you DWB, now we know.

Now we know that there was never any genocide in Gaza, nothing even close to genocide. Over the last decade, the population in Gaza has increased! Thus rendering the Jews and the IDF the absolute worst genociders in history. Think of it this way: The same Jewish state that brought Waze to millions of drivers, life-saving agricultural technology to millions of Africans, exploding beepers to the hands of Hezbollah, and that sent missiles through the bedroom windows of Iranian nuclear physicists, can’t manage to pull off a decent genocide in a tiny strip of land that doesn’t have even one tank, airplane, or air defense system. When it comes to genocide, suddenly the Jews are a bunch of bumbling idiots. Go figure.

Now we know that there was no starvation is Gaza. Not the Red Cross, not the UN, not Doctors Without Borders, and not even the super credible Gazan Health Ministry has documented even one case of someone starving to death in Gaza. That’s right, while those evil bumbling Jews were supplying Gazans, AND Hamas, with 100% of their electricity needs, and while the diabolical Jewish state was shipping in millions of tons of food and basic supplies to the people of Gaza, somehow not one child starved to death. Not one. Was there great war time suffering, of course—welcome to the horror of war—but starvation? Nope. So now we know: Either the Jews never wanted to starve or genocide anybody, or when it comes to committing atrocities, those bumbling Start-Up Nation, High Tech Wonder Jews, can’t even tie their own shoes.

Now we know that on the October 6th, there was no “Zionist occupation” of Gaza. How do we know? Because if there was an occupation, would the occupiers have allowed the building of Hamas military bases that disguise themselves as hospitals? Would they have allowed Gaza to become home to the largest and most sophisticated underground network of military facilities ever built, anywhere? Would they have allowed for a highly lucrative import industry dedicated to building Jihad is our way weapons to be used against the Jews of Israel? Would they have allowed for the development of a missile production industry aimed at Israeli parks and schools? And on and on and on. There was no occupation because there wasn’t even one Jewish soldier in Gaza. There were no Israeli policemen in Gaza, only Hamas policemen. And on and on and on. Jihad is our way Hamas was the duly elected government in Gaza before October 7th, after October 7th, and remains so to this day. Hamas ran and controlled everything in Gaza then, and does so now. Before October 7th there were no occupiers in Gaza, except for those wily Jews who donated countless days to helping Gazans navigate the Israeli health system when they needed medical services that only the bumbling occupiers could provide. And as for those kibbutz dwelling do-gooders, well, they were targeted, butchered, kidnapped, and tortured on October 7th, because that’s how Jihad is our way people say thank you.

Now we know that when the blood thirsty Jews were trying to tell the world what the world, and certainly Doctors Without Borders knew all along, namely, that hospitals in Gaza are the polar opposite of hospitals everywhere else on the planet, that the Jews were right. Just like there are no schools, mosques, cemeteries, or day care centers in Gaza—just military and weapons storage facilities that use civilians of all ages as human shields—the same has always been true of Gazan clinics and hospitals. Doctors Without Borders knew all along exactly what they were white-washing, and they knew that if they played along with Hamas, that they would be safe. You know, the same way people that pay protection money to the Mafia are “safe.”

Now we know that when millions of well-educated “from the river to the sea Palestine will be free” young people march on campuses across the Ivy League and across America; or in the streets of London, Paris, Madrid, Sydney, LA, and New York, that in fact they couldn’t care less about Palestinians at all. Now we know that because just like the old adage “action speaks louder than words” is true, it is equally true that non-action speaks louder than words. Consider the following—

Around the same time that the diabolical if bumbling Jews were waging a supposed genocidal war of starvation against Gazans, in Sudan, Arab forces slaughtered over 150,000 men, women, and children, drove twelve million others from their homes (that’s five times more than the entire population of Gaza), and have unleashed human suffering on a scale unlike any other anywhere in the world. And guess what? No massive protests at Columbia, UCLA, or Michigan. No ongoing mass street protests, well, anywhere! You would have thought that these people, inspired by Greta the Queen of Human Rights Thunberg, would have been storming the walls of social media and sending flotillas into every body of water they could find on behalf of the massacred and suffering Sudanese civilian population, but low and behold, nothing, or near nothing. Certainly nothing compared to all the youth driven forces arrayed against Israel has ever been mobilized against the Arab henchman in Sudan.

Now we know that the likes of Queers for Palestine, Students for Justice in Palestine, and the Greta Brigade don’t give a damn about taking a stand for those persecuted by a vicious, murderous regime. How do we know? Well, because throughout the two weeks when the Isla-maniac Republic of Iran was slaughtering tens of thousands of civilian protesters, and wounding tens of thousands more on the streets of Iran—whaddya know—not a peep from the very same people who, on a moments notice, were able to organize against Israel. Indeed, as you are reading this, the Muslim regime in Tehran is hunting down innocents who want nothing more than to be free of their Jihadi oppressors, while, according to reports, warehouses filled with dead bodies are being incinerated to cover up heinous crimes of WWII proportions. Student protestors, Columbia professors, BLM and Palestinian Lives Matter activists, Instagram and keyboard warriors, outraged campus encampment dwellers, and all the rest that care so much for the oppressed have suddenly gone AWOL on Iran.

Oh, and about those 15,000 dead and 50,000 wounded civilians in Ukraine. The silence on campus, in the enlightened halls of academia, and on the editorial pages of the New York Times and others is as deafening as it is damning.

Now we know what’s really been going on. We know because all we need to do is ask a very simple and obvious question: Why is it that millions of young Americans actively and vigorously support Jihad is our way Hamas, and mourn Palestinian civilian deaths, while at the same time blindly and silently sit on their hands when it comes to the wholesale slaughter of Sudanese, Ukrainian, and Iranian civilians?

It doesn’t take a doctoral dissertation to figure this out. The answer is staring us right in the face, and it comes down to just one word: Jews. Those college students who are the American thought leaders of the future, are not deaf, blind, or stupid. Not at all. They willingly avert their eyes from endless suffering everywhere but in Gaza, and knowingly refer to people that celebrate and revel in beheading, kidnapping, raping, and burning elderly men and teenage girls as freedom fighters, for one simple reason. They hate us Jews far more than they care about innocent human lives in Ukraine, Iran, and Sudan. The smell of smearing Jews with lies and condemnation stirs their righteous, activist indignation while actual mass slaughter elsewhere stirs nothing. They. Hate. Us. Jews so much that they readily lie, distort, and whitewash Palestinian atrocities because it serves their one and only larger goal; the goal they share with the Jihadis of Hamas, ISIS, Hezbollah, and Teheran: Death to the Jews. Death to Israel. And guess what? Death to America too.

Dear Doctors Without Borders,

Thank you. Thank you for finally doing something worthwhile in Gaza. Thank you for finally, finally being honest. And thank you for exposing yourselves, and so many like you, for being what you are: Jew hating Doctors Without Morals, Professors Without Morals, UN Without Morals, Red Cross Without Morals, Greta Without Morals, and Students Without Morals.

P.S. Dear American Jews.

Now you know. Now you know that after so many wonderful, productive years in America, a heart-breaking, inevitable reality is now closing in upon you. For the Jews, the American dream has run its course. Do all Americans, all American college students, all future mayors, members of Congress, and media stars hate the Jews? Certainly not. By and large, Americans are good, generous, decent, and kind people, however—

American Jews. It’s impossible to be honest with ourselves without facing the harsh historic reality that every single country and culture that has hosted us Jews has eventually turned on us. This cancer-like, turn-on-the-Jew condition has now metastasized and taken hold in large swaths of American society. The social-ideological regions on the Right and Left that now host this malignant Jew-hating parasite are expanding rapidly, providing ever more fertile ground for the normalization of Jew hatred, while the good and decent American center is shrinking and atrophying.

American Jews. Maybe it’s not too late to save our Lady Liberty patient, or maybe it is. While no one knows for sure what lays around the corner, one thing we Jews know for certain is that history does repeat itself, though never in the same way twice. Odds are, like everywhere else we’ve been, America will soon pass the point of No Jews Wanted return. Soon, American Jews, you will be nudged out, escorted out, spit out, or worse. We’ve seen this movie, and it never ends well. And so—

To my dear family and Jewish friends in America, I’m begging you: Get out while the gettin’ is good. Get out with as much of your assets and strength as you can. Be grateful, forever grateful to America for all the opportunity and blessings it afforded you, and, from a distance—like the distance from North Jersey or North Carolina to Northern Israel—pray and advocate for the well-being of your old friend, your beloved adopted Uncle Sam, who is no more.
