Consumer Reports found CR editor Ginger Cowles loved its citrus scent, and testers said it lathers well and feels silky on skin. CR found the flip-top cap dispenses product quickly, which can lead to using more than necessary in a single wash, though testers didn't see this as a real downside given the lather it produces.
