Jemimah Rodrigues has been ruled out of the upcoming Asia Cup and Asian Games after suffering a hamstring injury earlier this month while playing in The Hundred in England.

New Delhi: India batter Jemimah Rodrigues has been ruled out of the upcoming Women’s Asia Cup and Asian Games. She suffered a “high-grade” right hamstring tear on August 3 while playing for Southern Brave in The Hundred. The BCCI Medical Team has assessed Rodrigues at the Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru and confirmed the extent of the injury. Pratika Rawal will replace her in India’s Asia Cup squad.
