I’ll make this brief (sorry, couldn’t resist), I am a proud period pants devotee.

Ever since trialling a pair back in 2019, I’ve been won over by just how comfy and convenient they are, not to mention how I’m forking out way less for sanitary towels and tampons each month.

Not only have period pants been a godsend during that time of the month, but they were also incredibly handy after giving birth – they became an essential, extra security measure to make sure I didn’t bleed through any outfits (or pjs) while wearing maternity pads.

They’re also pretty handy if your bladder’s control mechanism decides........
