He has also facilitated thousands of free orthognathic surgeries for underprivileged patients and has reportedly received the President of India’s Gold Medal twice for contributions to social service and community welfare.

Dr. Shilfa Nigar is a practising cosmetic dentist and entrepreneur, building her next chapter around Ecoligners, a dental venture focused on making eco-friendly aligner treatment more accessible and sustainability-conscious. The venture aims to address the waste associated with disposable clear aligners by exploring recyclable solutions and bringing an environmental perspective to modern orthodontic treatment.

With nearly a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Shilfa has also been recognised as India’s first General Dental Practitioner to achieve Black Diamond Invisalign Provider status.
