Nischay Patel, 14, died after getting into difficulties in the River Waveney at Beccles Quay on July 2.

He had gone there with his twin, Niyam, who was among those to raise the alarm when his brother did not come to the surface of the water.

His death devastated the town, with dozens of flowers and cards left both at the quay and outside the Tabers Newsagents which is run by his family.
