Matthew Myhill had hoped to build a two-storey, four-bedroom house on land adjacent to Three Acres on The Common in South Creake.

It follows initial proposals that were approved for two homes on the site, although this soon changed under a fallback scheme.

The plan for one home was then refused by King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council due to concerns about overdevelopment.

Mr Myhill appealed his case to the Planning Inspectorate, which rules over........
