Dereham Martial Arts and Self Defence is one of the longest-running clubs in the area, launching more than 20 years ago.

The school is based at the town's leisure centre and teaches students aged four and above the Korean martial arts system Han Guk Mu Sool.

Robert Bryan took over the school in June of last year after the previous owner took a step back.
