Four new homes earmarked for town land where previous plans were refused
The development would be located on land at Grange Farm in Etling Green and consist of two three-bed and four-bed properties.
Each home would include an integrated double garage, designated parking and a private garden.
According to the plans, a suitably sized kitchen, living room, dining room and lounge are also proposed for the homes.
