Concerns over staff working hour changes at community day service

The Maltings, run by FitzRoy and based in Fakenham, supports people with autism and learning disabilities.

It is described as offering "a safe, relaxed and friendly place" to meet new friends and is used by up to 60 people.

Staff at the service also provide a range of life skills and activities, including arts and crafts, gardening, cooking, music, volunteering, and more.
