First look at new homes planned for HUGE Garden Village
The bid for 120 contemporary new homes as part of a landmark garden village would create "a high-quality addition" to a seaside town.
Developers behind a huge new 1,019-home north of Lowestoft garden village have submitted plans for what would be the first phase of the wider masterplan.

The latest proposals come after Suffolk County Council submitted initial plans for 899 homes as part of the vision in August.
Back then outline planning permission was sought for phased works of up to 899 dwellings, a 160-bed adult care home, up to 1.52 hectares of commercial space, public open space, a primary school, an early years facility and a local centre.
