The premises were previously home to The Grdn, a pop-up which offered a range of plants and home decorations, with some of its signage still visible.

Satu Hair & Beauty was the former occupant of the site but left the premises last year.

A business named Mobile Arcade which specialises in mobile phone sales is registered in Norwich with Companies House, but this company is not confirmed to be the same as the one moving into 11 Orford Hill.

The shop itself was built in 1980 and occupies three floors, with the top floor serving as a flat.

It has previously been the home of Saks hairdressers, Diverse Hair and Beauty and HS Head & Soul.
