Pensioner's fury as bus refuses to pull over at her stop - now she relies on taxis
Barbara Flagg, who has difficulties with mobility and breathing, said she now has to rely on taxis to get around after fearing a repeat of the incident.
The 79-year-old had to walk back to her home near Catton Park after a First Bus driver sped past a stop 70 yards from her property, which she said other drivers usually stop at to let her get off.

Rather than risking the uncertainty of where she will be dropped off, Mrs Flagg now spends £16 a trip on taxi fares.
'I was extremely upset'
On July 30, Mrs Flagg was catching the 21A service home after completing her shopping trip at the Co-Op in Old Catton.
Soon after the driver left Norfolk County Council’s newly installed bus stops on Fiddlewood Road, she pressed the stop button to be dropped off at the next stop on the same street, which is roughly 70 yards from her home.
