Duke Wharf, the former Eastern Electricity Board site based on Duke Street, has been empty for 25 years.

And before Norwich City Council could make a decision on plans to turn it into student accommodation, the company who owns the site - Norwich Bricks Ltd - dissolved, leaving its future in the hands of the receiver.
