Villager gets go-ahead to add music studio to revamped coastal home
Dominic Edmonds has been given planning permission for an annex in the garden of his property at Burnham Over Staithe, near Wells.
He said it would be used for audio-visual editing for "personal, non-commercial purposes" and would be "comparable in volume to ordinary home audio or television use".

Two people wrote opposing the plans. One objected to "potential high noise levels causing disruption to neighbours" while another said there should be "appropriate noise insulation".........
