Jon Wedon lambasted Labour and Conservative members of Great Yarmouth Borough Council at a planning meeting where they approved plans for 446 new homes between Hopton and Gorleston.

Mr Wedon is not a member of the planning committee and launched his fiery onslaught from the public gallery.
