NY Daily News’ Pat Leonard Facing Backlash After Asking Giants’ Jaxson Dart Stupid Woke Question About President Trump

I am so sick of this Jaxson Dart story, and I can thank this jackass reporter for extending it even further.

As we all know, New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart introduced President Donald Trump at a recent rally in New York City, and ultimately Dart had to address the media about it. But God bless him, he’s not entertaining any of the stupidity surrounding this situation.

Some of that stupidity was Dart’s teammate and Giants linebacker Abdul Carter criticizing Dart on social media for supporting the president. Emmanuel Acho of FOX Sports said Dart’s decision was “pretty stupid.” And they’re just two of the players and media types that have threw criticism at Dart.

In the aftermath, Dart issued a statement revealing why he introduced Trump at the rally.

“Obviously, this was a unique opportunity, being asked and given the opportunity to introduce the President of the United States,” said Dart. “My thinking was pretty simple, in the fact of, I’ve always loved this country. I have extended family members who have fought in wars. I have two uncles who have retired from the Air Force Academy and served themselves.
