Whilst having been pleased to see our leader Mr B in what could be a nearly empty Newport Civic Centre, looking contented. I am concerned, I might be wrong but hedging a bet, would Mr Batrouni have administrative support in his role and is this presently of the human variety?

I like a fair percentage of people at times, try to access many services via phone contact, i.e. Newport City Council, the general practitioner, hospitals to make appointments for those unable to do so. I will also have to mention the tax office, so far, I have not been able to get through to this impenetrable organisation.

So many of these organisations are dependent on A.I operated telephone systems. It seems that if one makes an utterance, a sigh or indeed any sound of irritation, the 'bot' telling you what position you........
