Part of Wales' expected local growth fund allocation has been redirected to finance the UK government's Pride in Place scheme, Plaid Cymru claim.

Plaid Cymru raised concerns after Rebecca Evans MS, cabinet secretary for economy, energy and planning, suggested this in a Welsh affairs committee session.
