Officials refuse to reveal City Hall transformation designs ahead of £1m decision
Norwich's Labour cabinet is meeting on Wednesday (November 12) to vote on whether it wants to pursue proposals for a major regeneration of the Grade II-listed City Hall.
The council has revealed what the project could include, such as a new entrance way, workspaces and revamped reception area.

But concept designs produced by architects at a cost of £387,000 are being kept under wraps.
According to a report, officials are refusing to reveal the visuals as they are considered "commercially sensitive information".
It means the public will be unable to see them before councillors agree to spend £1m to progress the development to the next stage, where they will seek consent to make changes to the listed building.
