George Freeman, the MP for Mid Norfolk, is pressing the government for answers after a confidential document indicated that Wretham Camp near Thetford was being considered for asylum seeker housing.

It was one of two Norfolk bases being proposed by the Ministry of Defence alongside nearby West Tofts and and four other military sites nationwide.
