For years, Megazord, a robot figurine from Power Rangers, has been at the heart of Bun X’s extensive collection of cartoon characters at Micawbers pub in Pottergate.

The owner of Bun X, Jeff Taylor, says the robot - which he describes as the site's "mascot" - has been stolen, leaving him "devastated".

Mr Taylor said: “It’s such a shame that he’s been taken.

“We’ve had him since day one.
