Woman found dead in Norwich flat had been trying to rebuild her life before break-in
Jerry-Lee Green, of Normandie Tower, Rouen Road, was found dead at friend Alan Beveridge’s home in Hansard Road, in the city, on January 5 last year.
The 56-year-old had been house-sitting the property while Mr Beveridge was recovering in hospital.
It was he who raised the alarm after becoming concerned about her welfare during a visit to him the day before.
He alerted police, who then discovered the mother-of-two deceased in his property.

An inquest into her death recently took place at Norfolk Coroner’s Court where it was heard Miss Green had a long history of ill health, both physical and mental, and substance misuse.
