Michael Williams, of Wymondham, died at the age of 82 at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N) on May 21 last year after being admitted for a planned procedure.

A recent inquest at Norfolk Coroner’s Court heard concerns from his family about the care the retired accountant received during his final weeks.
