Airport's 'summer of chaos' sees flights diverted 70 miles away to Stansted
Several flights were redirected to the London airport over the weekend, causing chaos and delays of "up to six hours" for holidaymakers.
Industrial action impacting the availability of the airport's air traffic control services caused three flights to be diverted.
Angry passengers took to social media to voice their frustrations after having to make additional travel arrangements to get back to Norfolk.
One woman, who flew on Sunday night, said she faced a delay of "up to six hours".
