Norfolk County Council, which runs the fire service, has agreed a 10-year lease of a property at Wymondham Business Park to turn into a logistics hub.

The rent for the property at Chestnut Drive - previously home to mobile phone parts supplier Inturn Trading - will start at £57,000 a year.

Jane James, the Conservative-controlled council's cabinet member for corporate services and innovation, used delegated powers to agree the lease with ITL Properties.........
