Council reveals it will leave election delay decision to the last minute
After weeks of speculation that the council could seek a postponement to May's scheduled elections, the council has finally confirmed a decision will be made at a meeting of the controlling cabinet on Wednesday, January 14.
An extra item has been added to the agenda for that meeting, although the report which will go before councillors has yet to be published.
A question mark was placed over May's elections - when 13 of the 39 seats on Norwich City Council and all 84 at Norfolk County Council - last month.
