Cadeler has purchased Menck, a German provider of specialist equipment and technology for the offshore wind industry, for £428.4 million (€501 million).

The Danish company, headquartered in Copenhagen, has its UK base at St Andrews Business Park in Norwich, moving from its former offices at Great Yarmouth's South Beach Parade, near the town’s port, last November.
