Aviva's operating profit clears £1bn for first half of year - up 22pc

The Norwich-based insurer today published its 2025 half-year results, posting an operating profit to £1.068bn – up from £875m in half-year 2024.

Aviva completed its acquisition of Direct Line last month and now has more than 21m customers – or four in 10 adults in the UK.
