New Delhi: The family of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has been given a clean chit in the MUDA case by the one-man commission headed by Justice P.N. Desai.

It has been alleged in the case that Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) allotted 14 plots to Siddaramaiah’s wife Parvathi, located in Mysuru’s Vijayanagara area. There are also allegations that the deal took place in exchange for 3.16 acres of her land in the Kesare village, which she claimed MUDA had usurped.
