New Delhi: IndiGo has appointed a globally recognised aviation specialist to investigate the wave of operational failures that left passengers stranded across airports this month. The airline announced on Friday that its board had cleared the appointment of Chief Aviation Advisors LLC, led by veteran Captain John Illson, to carry out a full “root cause analysis” of the meltdown.
