A Delhi-based founder has shared how a young CFA employee changed his thinking about long working hours, showing him that focus, discipline and efficient work can matter more than spending extra hours at the office.

New Delhi: The founder of Fingrowth Media , Kanan Bahl spoke about the experience in a LinkedIn post. He said he had earlier believed that employees who followed fixed working hours were less useful but one young CFA he hired made him rethink that view.
